The Illinois Smart Grid Advisory Council met March 8 to update the webpage.

Here is the meeting's agenda, as provided by the council:

The Smart Grid Advisory Council (“SGAC”) has been established by the Illinois General Assembly pursuant to Article 220, Section 5/16-108.6 of the Illinois Compiled Statutes and consists of stakeholders for the purposes of advising and working with participating utilities on the development and implementation of a Smart Grid Advanced Metering Infrastructure Deployment Plan.

ComEd IL gave a presentation on their Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Plan Report and

Update

-Edits to be provided by March 17th

-Estimated bills have been reduced

Ameren IL gave a presentation of their AMI Plan Report and Update

-Discussed that a more detailed report for 2016 would be needed

Discussion of the use of ComEd’s process to provide question(s).
