Jacksonville Historic Preservation Commission to review landmark nominations

Jacksonville Historic Preservation Commission will meet at 6 p.m. Monday, Dec. 5.

The Historic Preservation Commission of Jacksonville, Illinois consists of eleven city residents including an ex-officio member of the City Council and of the Jacksonville Main Street Program. Its goal is to help preserve and promote the historical and architectural structures in Jacksonville's historic district as well as the rest of the city.
