Trustee Stumpf moved to give authorization to Jim Lewis, Director of Maintenance to purchase 2005 VT650 Johnston Sweeper with Trade-in of the 1995 Johnston Sweeper from Wm Nobbe in Jerseyville, Illinois at a cost of $39,000 with trade-in cost of $7,000 for a total cost of $32,000, seconded by Trustee Springman.
