3. Public hearing requested by Harold Donhardt to vary the area of an accessory building from 1,200 sq. ft. to 1,512 sq. ft. on property at 616 Maple St. Zoned: R2 Ward: 1
4. Public hearing requested by Rick Gosnell to vary the height of a fence in the front yards from four ft. to six ft., and to allow the fence to be located less than five ft. from the front property lines, at 1627 and 1631 Spring St. Zoned: C2 Ward: 4
5. Public comment (limited to three minutes)
