Patoka FPD responds to two fires in 2016

Patoka Fire Protection District responded to two calls in 2016, according to data from the National Fire Incident Reporting System obtained by the West Central Reporter.

The calls in Patoka included two fires - one vehicle fire and one other fire.

In all, the department saw $21,000 in fire loss - or about $10,500 per fire.

The calls resulted in one civilian non-fire injury and three civilian non-fire deaths.
