Galesburg's Mixon has 27 rushing yards in Southern Ill. Salukis football loss

Galesburg graduate Jonathan Mixon had 27 rushing yards, one touchdown run, five rush attempts and one tackle in Southern Ill. Salukis football's 42-7 loss Oct. 14 to the Illinois St. Redbirds at Saluki Stadium.

Mixon is a 5-11, 227 pound junior running back from Galesburg.
