West Prairie Community Unit School District 103 Board Executive Session met January 25.

Executive Session – To consider the appointment, employment, dismissal, compensation, performance of an employee or employees.
Entering executive session at 7:02 p.m. were Zimmerman, Morrell, Weaver, Butterfield, Moore, and Superintendent Kilver.
The board discussed:
• Personnel response/performance related to student issue
• Transportation staff performance
• Dismissal of staff
• Employment of staff for upcoming school year
• Resignation
• Leave of absence
• Transfer of staff member
• Approval of volunteer coach
Board returned to open session at 8:10 p.m.
