City of Greenville issued the following announcement on June 12.
The City of Greenville will be flushing the water main and distribution system. Flushing will begin Thursday, June 25, 2020 and continue through Friday, August 10, 2020. The City will be flushing fire hydrants from the water plant to the water towers and working outwards from the water towers toward the end of the water mains.
Residents may experience some discoloration in the water during this process.
