City of Greenville issued the following announcement on Oct. 9.
Saturday, October 31 from 5:30 PM—8:00 PM has been established for “Trick or Treat”. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and in an attempt to make things safe for the children, the Greenville Police Department strongly recommends following the Halloween Guidance put out by the Illinois Department of Public Health.
