City of Jacksonville Plan Commission met Nov. 2.

Here is the agenda provided by the commission:

1. Roll Call

2. Approval of Minutes (September 7, 2022)

3. Review petition to rezone property located at 750 East Chambers Street from R-2 to R-5, with the intent of applicant, Ashley McGlasson, to use for multi-family residential.

4. Review petition to rezone property located at 1108 West Morton Avenue from B-3 to B-3 with Special Use, with the intent of applicant, Jim Mizeur, to construct a new Taco Gringo.

5. Review petition to rezone property located at 400 East Morton Avenue from B-1 to B-3 with Special Use, with the intent of applicant, Vikram Patel, to use for a liquor and tobacco store.

6. Review petition to rezone property located at 3009 West Lafayette from B-3 to B-4 with Special Use, the intent of applicant, Troy Kinstle, to construct a pole barn for storage and possible batting cage for kids.

7. Review petition to rezone property located at 1101 East Morton Avenue from PD Mixed to B-3, with the intent of applicant, Michael Hayes, to construct a Dollar General.

8. Review Site Plan for property located at 1101 East Morton Avenue, for the construction of a new Dollar General, submitted by Michael Hayes.

9. Review petition to rezone property located at 1055 and 1061 East Morton Avenue from PD Mixed to B-4 with Special Use, with the intent of applicant, Michael Hayes, to use for a winery and banquet hall.
