There were 311 white students enrolled in Illini West High School District 307 in the 2021-22 school year, 9.1% more than the previous year, according to the Illinois State Board of Education report.

Data showed that Illini West High School District 307 welcomed 341 students during the 2021-22 school year. Among them, white students comprised 92.3% of the student body to be the most represented ethnicity in the district.

Illini West High School District 307 roughly covers schools within Hancock County and has a main office in Carthage.

Illini West High School is the only one school in the Illini West High School District 307 that recorded enrollment of white students in the 2021-22 school year, with a total of 311 students.
