1. Consideration to Adopt a Resolution to Approve the Form and Execution of an Annexation Agreement between the Georgetown Homeowners Association, Inc., and the City of Macomb.

2. Consideration of an Ordinance Annexing Certain Territory located within Georgetown Subdivision in McDonough County, Illinois.

3. Consideration of an Ordinance Approving and Causing Publication of the Official Zoning Map of the City of Macomb.

4. Consideration of an Ordinance to Authorize Issuance of a Special Use Permit to Allow Large Scale Solar System in an AG-1 Agriculture Zoning District at no Site Address, Macomb, McDonough County, Illinois.

5. Consideration of an Ordinance to Create a Special Event Liquor License for the Macomb Arts Center’s Bingo Bash Event.

6. Consideration to Approve a Bill of Sale for a 2019 Dodge Charger vehicle.

This was discussed at Committee last Monday night. A copy of the bill of sale is attached. Final action is in order.

7. Consideration to Approve Construction Engineering Services Agreement with IMEG for Adams Street Improvements ITEP Project for a cost not to exceed $170,147.00.

8. Consideration to Approve an Anti-Drug & Alcohol Misuse Policy for McDonough County Public Transportation.

9. Consideration to Approve Application Certification of Intent Section 5311 Public Transportation.

10. Consideration to Adopt a Resolution Authorizing Execution and Amendment of Section 5311 Grant Agreement.

11. Consideration of an Ordinance to Provide for Public Transportation in the City of Macomb, Illinois.

12. Consideration to Authorize the Acceptance of the Special Warranty Section 5311.
