9. Request authorization for bike boulevard and on-street bike paths through Thriving Communities Program funding ($90,000).

10. Request authorization to vacate alley running north and south between North Randolph Street and North Campbell Street and East Calhoun Street and East Carroll Street.

11. Modify Chapter 17 to allow adjacent property owners to split and combine a parcel equally with their parcels without a minor subdivision.

12. Request authorization to modify the municipal code to include egress window ordinance.
