The Jacksonville Plan Commission will meet in a regularly scheduled session on Wednesday, August 6th, 2025 at 6:00 p.m., in the City of Jacksonville Council Chamber, 200 West Douglas Avenue, Jacksonville, Illinois, to conduct the following business. All interested parties will be heard.
1. Roll Call
2. Approval of Minutes (June 4th, 2025)
3. Review Rezoning for property located at 400 Block of South West College Ave. between South Church and South Fayette for intended single family dwellings , submitted by Kale Scheitler
4.. Review Site Plan for property located at 1904 West Morton Ave. between Massey Lane and Highway 104 for vehicular service facility, submitted by Sam Rhodes.
