The Jacksonville Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, August 6th , at 6:00 p.m., in the City of Jacksonville Council Chamber, located at 200 West Douglas Avenue, Jacksonville, Illinois, to conduct the following business. All interested parties will be heard.
1. Roll Call
2. Approval of Minutes (January 8th, 2025)
3. Review petition for variance to property located at 1140 Tendick St., in regards to a reducing a setback. Property is zoned R -5. Application by Mike Niehaus.
