MEETING CALLED TO ORDER

APPROVAL OF AGENDA

PUBLIC COMMENTS – Citizens wishing to address the Fire and Police Commission on matters germane to the agenda of the meeting will be limited to Three (3) minutes and are asked to be brief and concise in making their remarks. Comments submitted by mail or email will not be read aloud but a copy will be provided to each member of the Commission and made a part of the minutes.

iii. October 3, 2026

8. Consideration to appoint Lisa Scalf to serve as FOIA officer for the Commission.

11. Discuss Local Records Retention requirements and schedules.

12. Consideration to grant permission to provide copies of necessary application materials for City payroll, pension, and audit needs for new hires of the fire and police departments.
