NEW BUSINESS

1. Consideration to Adopt a Resolution Declaring Surplus Revenue in the Macomb West Side TIF District Special Tax Allocation Fund and Authorizing Payment of that Surplus Revenue to the McDonough County Treasurer for Distribution to Affected Taxing Districts on a Pro Rata Basis for Tax Year 2024 Payable 2025.

2. Consideration to Adopt a Resolution for Maintenance Under the Illinois Highway Code. A copy of the resolution is attached. Final action is in order.

3. Consideration to Accept the Local Public Agency General Maintenance Estimation of Costs $685,800.00 for the Fiscal Year beginning May 1, 2026, and ending April 30, 2027.

4. Consideration to Authorize Intent to Approve Leander Construction as the Lowest Responsible, Responsive bidder for the Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements Phase II-B in the amount of $3,554,900.00.

5. Consideration to Authorize Intent to Approve Municipal Well & Pump as the Responsible, Responsive bidder for the Remote Well Installations Project in the amount of $2,778,831.90.

6. Consideration to Authorize Intent to Approve River City Construction, LLC as the Lowest Responsible, Responsive bidder for the Water Treatment Plant New Facility in the amount of $35,498,000.00.

7. Consideration to Authorize Waiving the Bid Process for the purchase and installation of (24) Window Sashes for City Hall.

8. Consideration to Approve the purchase and installation of (24) Window Sashes from Pella Window for City Hall in the amount of $30,372.70.
