Comments submitted by mail or email will not be read aloud but a copy will be provided to each member of the Council and made a part of the minutes.

1. Consideration of an ordinance to establish a date for a public hearing for the proposed Macomb Downtown-East Side Tax Increment Financing (TIF) District.

This ordinance will be presented for second reading and final approval.

2. Consideration of an ordinance to amend Chapter 17, Appendix A of the Municipal Code of Macomb, Illinois.

This ordinance will be presented for second reading and final approval.
