City of Macomb Joint Review Board TIF Districts will meet March 26.
Here is the agenda provided by the board:
1. Purpose of the Meeting:
a. Section 74.4-5 (e):
“The joint review board shall meet annually 180 days after the close of the
municipal fiscal year or as soon as the redevelopment project audit for that fiscal
year becomes available to review the effectiveness and status of the
redevelopment project area up to that date.”
b. Report made by Mayor (or J&K / EDG Representative).
2. Review FY 2025 TIF Annual Reports:
a. Review sources of funds and expenditures
b. Review projects undertaken
c. Discuss current & future projects
3. Consideration of any other JRB matters
4. Adjournment
