The Special meeting of the City Council of the City of Pittsfield, Pike County, Illinois, was held on Tuesday, February 09, 2026, at 4:25 p.m. The meeting was held in the Council Room at the Pittsfield City Hall at 215 N Monroe Street. The following officers were present: Mayor Gary Mendenhall, City Clerk Ann Moffit, Alderperson Kevin Ketchum, Paul Lennon, Chris Little, Robert Wilson, and Kevin Wombles. Alderperson White, Grimsley, and Ritchart was absent.
Alderperson Wombles moved to approve Ordinance No. 1762, an Ordinance to Establish a Date for Public Hearing for the Fourth Amendment to the Pittsfield Tax Increment Financing District I on its first reading, by title only.
Alderperson Ketchum seconded the motion.

Alderperson Wombles moved to suspend the rules and have the second reading of Ordinance No. 1762, an Ordinance to Establish a Date for Public Hearing for the Fourth Amendment to the Pittsfield Tax Increment Financing District I by title only.
Alderperson Ketchum seconded the motion.
