Flynn’s 14 points help Quincy Hawks edge Indianapolis Greyhounds

Katey Flynn, a standout who graduated from Brown County High School, was a key presence in the Quincy Hawks’ 75-73 victory over the Indianapolis Greyhounds on Saturday, February 28.

The 5-foot-10 junior guard tallied 14 points, six rebounds and five assists while playing 36 minutes.

Saturday’s contest also featured another athlete from the Lee Network IL area, Reagan Reed, suiting up for the Hawks.

Reed, a 5-foot-11 freshman who plays both small forward and power forward and is a product of Illini West High School, finished with nine points, two rebounds and one assist in 27 minutes.
