Consideration of an ordinance to amend Section 1-13 of the Municipal Code to provide for lower administrative ticket fines for two code provisions.

This ordinance will be presented for second reading and final approval.

Consideration of an ordinance to amend Section 15-53 of the Municipal Code of Macomb to create subsections and provide for lower administrative fines for these subsections.

This ordinance will be presented for second reading and final approval.

New Business

Consideration of an ordinance to authorize the City of Macomb to lease property to be used as a taxi service office – Dave Smith d/b/a Royal Taxi Service.

This will be presented for first reading. A copy of the ordinance and agreement is attached for your review.

Consideration to authorize the Committee of the Whole Power to Act at their meeting to be held on Monday, July 10, 2017 on the ordinance to authorize the City of Macomb to lease property to be used as a taxi service office.

This ordinance will be presented for second reading first and then final action will be in order.

Consideration to purchase a used 3 phase generator from Altorfer Power Systems in the amount of $50,000.00.

Attached is a memo from Public Works for your review. Final action will be in order.

New Business – Continued

Consideration to accept the proposal from Cox Electric Inc. for the installation and wiring of two exhaust fans for the headworks building at the Waste Water Treatment Plant in the amount of $12,934.00.

Attached is a memo from Public Works along with copies of the two proposals. Final action will be in order.
