1) Call to order by Board President. The Regular Meeting of the Illini West High School District 307 of Hancock County, IL was called to order by Tom Holtsclaw, Board President at 7:00 PM.

10) Discussion/Action:
a. State Budget: Mrs. Schilson reported the state budget was passed.
b. Board Exit Survey: Mrs. Schilson reported about exit survey.
c. SPED Overload: Mrs. Schilson discussed the SPED Teachers and IEP’s. Motion by Huston, second by Wujek to approve the hire of an outside consultant to write some of the IEP’s.
