Consideration of an ordinance to amend Sections 15-214 and 15-216 of the Municipal Code of Macomb to amend the location of restricted parking and handicapped parking for the Downtown Square area.
This ordinance will be presented for second reading and final approval.
Consideration to approve the Franchise Amendment Agreement with Comcast.
This was discussed at committee last Monday and final action will be in order.
Consideration of a resolution authorizing the conveyance of real property to the Macomb School District 185 pursuant to the Local Government Transfer Act.
