Presentation from Wermer, Rogers, Doran & Ruzon, LLC on the audit for the City of Macomb’s fiscal year ending April 30, 2017.

A representative will be here to review the audit.

Discussion on the proposed sidewalk snow removal service agreement with Collins Excavating.

Attached is a draft copy of the proposed agreement. Some amendments will need to be made in certain sections. A revised draft will be distributed at the meeting. Discussion is planned.

Discussion on an ordinance to amend Section 2-51 of the Municipal Code to amend the time of the regular City Council meetings and to set the time of the City Council Committee of the Whole meetings.

This ordinance had first reading last Monday night and further discussion is planned.

Discussion on an ordinance to amend Appendix A Use Matrix to add Special Use, S*, Recreation Center under Service Businesses Heading, to R-1 and R-2 One Family, R-3 Two, R-3A Limited Multiple, and R-4 Multiple Family Residential Districts.

Discussion on an ordinance to amend Chapter 17, Article XI, Section 17-639, 17-654, 17-669 and 17-819 Special Uses of the City of Macomb Municipal Code.

Discussion on an ordinance to authorize the issuance of a special use permit to establish a legally non-conforming use in an R-1 Single Family Residential Zoning District at 1301 West Grant Street.

This ordinance had first reading last Monday night and further discussion is planned.

Discussion on an ordinance authorizing the sale of certain personal property (equipment and vehicles) owned by the City of Macomb.

This ordinance had first reading last Monday night and further discussion is planned.

Discussion on a resolution to include taxable allowances as IMRF earnings.

A copy of the resolution is attached for your review. Discussion is planned.
