Pike County issued the following announcement on May 18.
Crews will be applying fresh oil on County Highway 7 on Monday and Tuesday, May 21st & 22nd, beginning at Independence and moving North to Piper Lane.
Please avoid this area if at all possible. If not, expect delays and use caution.
