PUBLIC COMMENTS

UNFINISHED BUSINESS

Consideration to approve the audit for the City of Macomb’s fiscal year ending April 30, 2018.

The audit was presented at last Monday night’s committee meeting and final action will be in order.

Consideration of an ordinance to amend Chapter 6 of the Municipal Code of Macomb, Illinois, Section 131, Enforcement Officers to add the Code Enforcement Officers.

This ordinance will be presented for second reading and final approval.

Consideration of an ordinance to amend Sections 15-216 and 15-217 of the Municipal Code of Macomb to amend the location of 20 minutes restricted parking and handicapped parking for the northeast corner of Carroll Street at Randolph

This ordinance will be presented for first reading. A copy is attached for your review.

Consideration of a resolution to accept the donation of real property in the City of Macomb from Dave and Jackie Thompson for purposes of green space.

A copy of the resolution is attached for your review. Final adoption will be in order.

Consideration to authorize the Committee of the Whole Power to Act at their meeting on Monday, December 10, 2018 on awarding the bid for the sale of property located at 201 South Lafayette Street.

Attached is a memo from CA Torreson for your review. Final action will be in order.

Consideration to authorize soliciting bids for storm sewer and sanitary sewer lining in various locations in the city.

Consideration of an ordinance to authorize the issuance of a Special Use Permit to establish a solar garden in an AG-1 Agriculture Zoning District located at a parcel on East University Drive.

This ordinance will be presented for first reading. Due to a time restraint, staff is asking for second reading to be waived. A copy is attached for your review.

Consideration of an ordinance to authorize the issuance of a Special Use Permit to establish a fraternity house in an R-4 Multiple Family Zoning District at 1580 Riverview Drive.

This ordinance will be presented for first reading. A copy is attached for your review.

Consideration of an ordinance authorizing the sale of certain personal property (equipment and vehicles) owned by the City of Macomb.

This ordinance will be presented for first reading. A copy is attached for your review.

Consideration of an ordinance to provide for the levy and collection of taxes for the year 2018, payable 2019 for the City of Macomb, McDonough County, Illinois.

This ordinance will be presented for first reading. A copy is attached for your review.

Consideration of an ordinance to abate the direct annual tax levied for 2018 to pay the annual debt service on $2,275,000 in General Obligation Refunding Bonds (Waterworks Alternate Revenue Source), Series 2016 and $7,500,000 in General Obligation Bonds, (Infrastructure Projects Alternate Revenue Source) Series 2012.
