Woodson home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Woodson rose by $52,990 while total sales decreased by 54.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $114,000 - a 86.9% increase over the $61,010 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Woodson in the first half of 2016.
