Waverly home prices rise in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Waverly rose by $17,250 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $45,250 - a 61.6% increase over the $28,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Waverly in June 2016.
