Jacksonville home prices fall in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Jacksonville fell by $14,950 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were 36 homes sold, with a median sale price of $85,000 - a 15% decrease over the $99,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Jacksonville in July 2017.
