Jacksonville home prices fall in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Jacksonville fell by $23,500 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $81,750 - a 22.3% decrease over the $105,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Jacksonville in August 2017.
