Waverly home prices fall in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Waverly fell by $79,000 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $18,500 - a 81% decrease over the $97,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Waverly in February 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Waverly for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,251, approximately 6.8% of the median home sale price for February 2019.
