1.Consideration to approve the engineering agreement with IMEG Corporation for the design and permitting of water main replacement for South Dudley from Jefferson Street to Franklin Street in the amount of $11,900.00.

This was discussed at committee last Monday night and final action will be in order.

NEW BUSINESS

1.Consideration to award the bid for the 17 acres Farm-Cash Rent on University Drive to Hood Farms from Rushville for $282.00 per acre – Total Cash Rent $4,794.00.

Attached is a memo from CA Coker for your review. Final action will be in order.
