South Jacksonville home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in South Jacksonville fell by $10,000 while total sales decreased by 15.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $98,000 - a 9.3% decrease over the $108,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in South Jacksonville in the second quarter of 2018.
