The Western Illinois women's golf team has announced its schedule for the upcoming fall 2023 and spring 2024 seasons. The Leathernecks will start their fall season on September 11-12 at the Payne Stewart Invitational, which will take place at Twin Oaks Country Club in Springfield, Missouri.
Following this event, they will participate in the Ball State Cardinal Classic at TPC Yorktown the next week. After a brief hiatus, the team will conclude their fall season with three events: the Big O at Oak Hills Country Club in Omaha, Nebraska (October 2-3), the Bradley Invite at Coyote Creek (October 7-8), and The Judson at Hattiesburg Country Club in Mississippi (October 30-31).
The spring portion of their schedule kicks off on February 13-14 with the Bowling Green Intercollegiate held at Wigwam Country Club in Litchfield, Arizona. They will then compete in the Alabama State Spring Classic from February 18-19 at Robert Trent Jones Senator Golf Course in Montgomery, Alabama.
After nearly a month-long break, Western Illinois will head to Tampa, Florida for the Butler Intercollegiate on March 11-12 at East Lake Woodlands Country Club. In April, they host their home tournament for a second consecutive year —the WIU Intercollegiate—at TPC Deere Run in Silvis on April 5-6.
Their regular season concludes with The Stampede at Indian Creek Golf Club in Elkhorn, Nebraska from April 8-9. The Leathernecks will then participate in the Ohio Valley Conference Meet from April 14-16 at Tunica National Golf Club in Tunica, Mississippi.
