The Southwestern Community Unit School District (CUSD) No. 9 board approved a County School Facilities Sales Tax Revenue Use Resolution, a consulting agreement with Cornerstone Insurance Group and the 2016 Administrator (Non-Union) Employees Contract.
The board also approved the monthly enrollment and suspension report, showing an enrollment of 1,508, with six suspensions and no expulsions for the month of December.
The board also approved the district's Financial Report, which showed a current balance in the Education Fund of $2,697,319. The Operations and Maintenance fund totaled $1,196,094. The Transportation Fund totaled $-95,317, and the Working Cash Fund totaled $1,816,169. Revenues and expenses were reported to be where they were expected to be.
