The Community Unit School District (CUSD) No. 100 board held its regular meeting recently to accept resignations and approve extracurricular assignments and new hires.
Ruth Miller, an educator at Grafton Elementary, and Gary Goode, a bus driver, both retired.
Extracurricular approvals included Trey Stille as assistant football coach, Jim Witt as volunteer baseball coach and Steve Nelson as volunteer bowling coach.
Renae Jones was hired as a paraprofessional-assistant district technician, while Lauren Claytor and Shelby Eisler were both hired as paraprofessionals at the Title I level.
Action items at the meeting included the annual audit report. Kim Loy from Scheffel Boyle reviewed the FY15 annual report, which showed a 2.9 percent decrease in revenue and a 5.8 percent decrease in disbursements.
The board approved another action item, the working-cash fund transfer resolution, when it transferred $792.91 from the working-cash fund to the educational fund.
