During a recent School District 90 Committee of the Whole meeting, Director of Finance and Facilities Anthony Cozzi presented the bid results for the Roosevelt Exterior project, with K.R. Miller Contractors, Inc., being awarded the project with its lowest bid of $1.417 million.
Upon the approval of the K.R. Miller Contractors, Inc., for the Roosevelt Exterior project, a building permit was approved with the Regional Office of Education.
Cozzi also provided an update on the IMET - First Farmers Financial litigation asset recovery process in which IMET reduced its estimated recovery to 47.6 percent. He said that he is confident in the financial treatment of the assets sees no issues with the upcoming financial presentation.
