In a recent Carrollton Community Unit School District No. 1 meeting, the board of education examined the 2016-17 fee schedule, new high school courses for 2016-17, policy updates, the 2016-17 calendar year, the Class of 2016 senior trip and the IESA cooperative agreement.
The board also gave updates on the FFA grant, ROE Gifted Olympiad, ROE Spelling Bee, Math Contest, Music Contest and Girls on the Run program.
The Superintendent gave a report that involved a note on the upcoming community emergency drill on April 22 and an update on facilities and maintenance.
