The city of Jacksonville Planning & Public Works Committee will meet at 6 p.m. Monday to discuss placement of a stop sign on Independence Avenue.
The committee also will discuss a study regarding traffic flow on West Douglas Avenue.
The committee meets in the Municipal Building Commission Room at 200 W. Douglas Ave.
