The Jacksonville Public Library Board of Trustees will meet at 4:30 p.m. Monday to welcome guest speaker Matt Hardy from Benton and Associates.
Hardy will explain a change order for the Panels Repair Project.
The board also will hear an update on the Steps Projects and discuss plans for the Author of the Year presentation and book sale events.
