Jacksonville council waives bid requirement

The Jacksonville City Council held a workshop April 25 to discuss waiving the advertisement for bids and accepting a proposal for the purchase of a Gator vehicle for use at the Jacksonville cemeteries.

The City Council also heard a report from the Planning and Public Works Committee: and discussed the renewal of an agreement with the Jacksonville Soccer Association.

The council meets at 200 W. Douglas Ave.
