The Jersey Community Unit School District No. 100 Board of Education will meet at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday to approve the hiring of three new faculty members.

The Jersey CUSD No. 100 board meets at 7 p.m. on the third Thursday of each month.

A. Employ Kelsey Isringhausen, 5th grade educator, Illini Middle School, effective for

the 2016- 17 school year

B. Employ Melissa Beauchamp, 1/3 time elementary educator, 2/3 paraprofessional,

Grafton Elementary, effective for the 2016-17 school year

C. Employ Erica Smith, Family and Consumer Science educator, JCHS, effective for

the 2016-17 school year

D. Employ the following as paraprofessionals for the 2016-17 school year

1. Lauren Claytor

2. Shelby Eisler

3. Special Education Paraprofessional

4. Special Education Paraprofessional

E. Employ Assistant Football Coach – Middle School, effective for the 2016-17 school

year

F. Approve maternity leave request of Shelly Diamond, effective tentatively August

15 through September 30, 2016

V. Closed Session for the purpose of the appointment, employment, compensation,

discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body or legal

counsel for the public body, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against

an employee of the public body or against legal counsel for the public body to determine

its validity, and student disciplinary cases (5 ILCS 120).
