SPECIAL BOARD MEETING MINUTES
A special meeting of the Southwestern Board of Education was called to order by PresidentDon Little at 6:30 p.m. in the Middle School Commons Room in Piasa, Illinois. Roll was called showing those members present were Don Little-President, Steve Reed, Brad Gillespie, Dara Simmons, Mike Wegener, Brad Skertich-Superintendent and Rose Bagley-Recording Secretary. Randy Gallaher-Secretary and Tim Baker-Vice-President, were absent. Visitor’s sheet is attached.
Public Comment on Fiscal Year 2017 Proposed Budget: None
A motion was made by Brad Gillespie and seconded by Dara Simmons to adopt Fiscal Year
2017 Budget as presented.
Roll Call Vote:
Ayes: Little, Gillespie, Simmons, Wegener and Reed
Nays: None
MOTION CARRIED.
A motion was made by Steve Reed and seconded by Brad Gillespie to adjourn the meeting.
