MOTION by SKAGGS and seconded by HUNSLEY to approve the Agenda. All members voted yes. Motion passed (6/0)

X. NEW BUSINESS
A. Personnel Consider accepting the resignation letter from Jared Jahraus as Junior High/High School Agricultural teacher and FFA Advisor.
MOTION by HUNSLEY and seconded by SKAGGS to accept the irrevocable resignation of Jared Jarhaus Junior High/High School AG Teacher and FFA Advisor. All members voted yes. Motion passed 5/0.
B. Collective Bargaining Training with Brian Braun.
VI. OTHER BUSINESS
A. Select a Collective Bargaining Date Fred is working on getting the 1st date lined up.
B. National School Lunch Audit
We did not do so well on the serving sizes for students. Chris is gone and could be cooks really have no idea what to serve due to no training. We will work to get all cooks trained. Paper work seemed to be in line. Have no idea yet what kind of a hit this is.
