1.Discussion on a change order for the islands located in the Downtown Square Revitalization project. Also, report on Landscaping Plans.

Attached is a memo from CA Torreson and a copy of the proposed change order.

2.Discussion on options for the Demand Response units.

Transportation Director Nathan Cobb will update.

3.Discussion on an update of the Blight Reduction project.

4.Discussion on proposed ordinance amending the code to be able to utilize ordinance violations to cite certain petty traffic infractions.
