Consideration to approve a services agreement with Durham School Services for operation of the Demand Response Transportation System and Central Dispatch Center for the McDonough County and Hancock County Public Transportation Programs.

Attached is a memo from Transit Director Cobb summarizing the contract for your review. A copy of the complete agreement is in the clerk’s office if you would like to review it before the meeting. Final action will be in order.

Financial update from City Administrator Dean Torreson on the Downtown Square project.

Attached is the financial information for your review.

Consideration to authorize the Committee of the Whole Power to Act at their meeting on July 24, 2017 to approve the construction of the diagonal sidewalks on the Courthouse lawn.

This was discussed previously and the County Board will vote on this at their meeting on July 19.

Consideration to authorize the Committee of the Whole Power to Act at their meeting on July 24, 2017 to approve additional services with Hutchison Engineering in the amount of $31,500.00 for Phase 2 of the Downtown Square project.

Final action will be in order.

Consideration of an ordinance annexing territory located in a part of the Northwest Quarter of Section Two, Township Five North, Range Three West of the Fourth Principal Meridian, McDonough County, Illinois (Illinois RSA #3 Inc. - US Cellular).

This ordinance will be presented for first reading. A copy is attached for your review.
