Augusta Fire Protection District responded to four calls in 2016, according to data from the National Fire Incident Reporting System obtained by the West Central Reporter.

The calls in Augusta included three fires - one structure fire and two other fires.

In all, the department saw $166,000 in fire loss - or about $55,333 per fire.

The department also received one false call.
