Nauvoo Fire Protection District responded to 22 calls in 2016, according to data from the National Fire Incident Reporting System obtained by the West Central Reporter.

The calls in Nauvoo included seven fires - three structure fires and four other fires.

In all, the department saw $720,000 in fire loss - or about $102,857 per fire.

The department also received 15 false calls.
