Winchester Volunteer Fire Department responded to 10 calls in 2016, according to data from the National Fire Incident Reporting System obtained by the West Central Reporter.

The calls in Winchester included 10 fires - three structure fires, three vehicle fires and four other fires.

In all, the department saw $201,660 in fire loss - or about $20,166 per fire.
